AI in everyday life
Project Heartware is Nexpert's corporate social responsibility project and a concrete example of how human-centred AI and digital transformation is designed and implemented in practice.
While technology, automation and artificial intelligence are developing rapidly, their actual adoption is often hampered by human factors. Not because people are resistant to change, but because solutions are deployed without sufficient understanding of the context, barriers to learning and everyday working practices. The Heartware project has been created to address this challenge.
Project Heartware
Through the project, Nexpert will design and implement practical AI and digital literacy workshops for organisations and their target groups. The workshops will be based on the same structures, methods and facilitation models as Nexpert's commercial AI workshops, but will be delivered pro bono to groups that are often underrepresented in digital transformation.
We develop and test workshop models in real-life environments together with participants. Our work is based on co-creation, where different groups actively take part in applying AI, automation, and digital tools in practice.
The goal is not just to introduce new technologies, but to strengthen digital skills in a way that builds confidence, clarity, and inclusive participation. We place particular emphasis on ensuring that no one is left behind in the process of development.
We see technology as a tool for work, learning, and decision-making - not as an end in itself. That is why we build scalable and responsible operating models that support organizations and communities in a sustainable way, both now and in the future.
Work Cases
Heartware reflects Nexpert's view that responsible and effective digitalisation requires more than technical expertise. It requires the ability to translate new technology into solutions that are understandable, usable and value-added for different audiences. The lessons learned through Heartware directly guide Nexpert's commercial projects in different organisations and industries.
