Our way of working is based on practical development. We also apply this approach in Project Heartware<\/a>, which serves as Nexpert\u2019s corporate social responsibility initiative. Through Heartware, we organize AI workshops and experiments related to developing digital skills together with participants. The insights gained from the project also support our client work and help us better understand the practical challenges of digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hi, I'm Tanja - founder of Nexpert. I work where business, people and practical implementation meet. I am helping organisations adopt digital tools and AI in a way that genuinely improves everyday work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My background combines a YAMK degree with a focus on business technologies and a wide range of practical experience in construction, infrastructure, software development, HoReCa and tourism. In different roles and industries, the same observation was repeated: workflow and profitability improve when daily routines are simplified, waste is eliminated and the right steps are automated. But change is not about systems or instructions, it's about people. That's why development needs to be done together with employees and experts - those who know the work practices and are part of the process themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am a real team player. Real change doesn't start with tools. It starts with people, clarity and trust. That's why Nexpert's work is always collaborative: together we define what's important, choose the right solution and make it stick through hands-on training and workshops.
