{"id":122,"date":"2025-11-04T20:48:53","date_gmt":"2025-11-04T20:48:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nexpert.fi\/?p=122"},"modified":"2026-06-18T06:31:10","modified_gmt":"2026-06-18T06:31:10","slug":"co-creation-with-crush","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nexpert.fi\/en\/co-creation-with-crush\/","title":{"rendered":"Co-creation with Crush"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"translation-block\">On October 2nd, we joined rebel leaders colleagues <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crushmovement.com\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.crushmovement.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <strong>Crush Movement<\/strong><\/a> at the Crush Future Lab that was organized at <a href=\"https:\/\/maria.io\/about\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/maria.io\/about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Maria 01<\/a>'s Shortcut space in Helsinki. During a session led by a Momentum Design representative facilitator InkaVuorinen, we were asked to envision Crush in the present day, as well as one, three, and five years into the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">For Me, participating in Future Lab at Nexpert was more than just sharing ideas. It was about <strong>applying our expertise in practice<\/strong>. Our strengths are <strong>facilitating collaboration between different disciplines<\/strong>, by simplifying complexity and helping teams turn big visions into actionable steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These events fit perfectly with our approach:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Cooperation:<\/strong> We believe that no breakthrough happens in isolation. By fostering dialogue and building trust, we help groups move from ideas to solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Co-creation:<\/strong> We bring tools and methods that allow participants to combine their different perspectives into a common outcome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Change readiness:<\/strong> Proactive thinking requires not only ideas but also the ability to adapt. Our experience guiding organizations through change helps communities like Crush transform visions into long-term impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In Future Lab, these principles were in use. Through structured discussions and participatory guidance, we were able to create bold yet practical ideas for Crush's future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h.je0hmtmi8tv2_l\"><strong>A community worth joining<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">We are proud to be members  <strong>Crush Movement<\/strong> and I can warmly recommend the community. In addition to inspiration and networking, it also offers an opportunity to truly get to know \"We are shaping the future together\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Future Lab was a powerful reminder of what happens when diverse people with different skills and stories come together to achieve a common goal. For Nexpert, it reinforced why we do what we do: helping diverse groups simplify complexity and create meaningful change.
