Symphony of Views is a creative media agency based in Helsinki that combines business understanding, strategic thinking, and visual communication. We help companies build clear, recognizable, and long-lasting brands. Our work can include brand strategy, visual identity design, websites, photography, and digital content. The goal is not just to create individual visual elements, but a cohesive entity where the company's strategy, communication, and visual expression support one another.

We work particularly with growing companies that have strong expertise, but whose services or value proposition can be difficult to grasp from the outside. In expert organizations, the know-how can be very broad, but if it cannot be presented clearly, it may be difficult for the customer to understand what the company actually does, who the services are intended for, and what kind of value they create.

That is why brand building often starts long before the design of visual solutions. First, the company's core must be understood: what it offers, why it exists, what kinds of customers it wants to serve, and how its expertise can be communicated as clearly as possible. Only after this can a visual identity and digital environment be built that support the same message.

One such collaboration has been Nexpert. The collaboration began at the company's early stage, when the goal was to build a clear identity for an expert organization that helps organizations utilize digitalization, artificial intelligence, and new technologies in a practical way.

Before designing the logo, website, or other visual material, we focused on the company's foundation. Together, we defined Nexpert's core idea, service structure, and communication principles. The goal was to create a cohesive entity that supports the company's role as an expert while also making the services approachable for customers who do not work with technology or digitalization on a daily basis.

In the project, it was important to find a balance between expertise and clarity. Communication related to technology, artificial intelligence, and digitalization can easily become very technical. In Nexpert's brand, however, the desire was to emphasize a practical approach: technology is not an end in itself, but a tool designed to support business, processes, and people's everyday lives.

The project included developing:

  • Brand positioning and core identity
  • Logo and visual identity
  • Typography and design system
  • Service descriptions
  • Website structure and content

These elements were not designed as separate parts, but as a single system. The purpose of the visual identity was to support the same message as the website's structure and service descriptions. At the same time, the website needed to function both as a company introduction and as a tool that enables a potential customer to quickly form an understanding of Nexpert's expertise and services.

However, the work did not end with the company's launch. As the business evolves, so do the brand's needs. In Nexpert's case, the website, service descriptions, expert articles, partner presentations, and visual content have been continuously developed alongside the company's operations.

This continuous development also reflects our own view of brand building. A brand is not a project that is completed when the logo or website is launched. It is an entity that evolves along with the company. New services, partnerships, customer groups, and business priorities can all influence how a company should communicate about itself.

Therefore, the brand must be clear enough to be recognized, yet flexible enough to be developed as the business changes.

When strategy, communication, and visual identity are designed in parallel, the end result is not merely a recognizable look. A well-constructed brand acts as a practical tool: it helps customers understand the company’s expertise, makes services easier to grasp, and builds trust over the long term.

The collaboration with Nexpert is a good example of how a brand can be built step by step alongside the business. A clear foundation makes it possible to continuously develop the website, content, and communications without the overall entity losing its direction.
