Nexpert is a Finnish expert network that helps organizations adopt digital solutions, artificial intelligence, and administrative process automation in a practical and business-oriented way. We offer AI workshops, deployment management, information management development, and expert support for organizations that want to improve their operations in a structured and sustainable manner.
We do not offer ready-made team structures. Instead, we assemble expert teams based on the specific needs of each assignment. Our network model allows us to find the right specialists for every challenge, whether it involves technology, process development, data, engineering expertise, or administration.
Our way of working is based on practical development. We also apply this approach in Project Heartware, which serves as Nexpert’s corporate social responsibility initiative. Through Heartware, we organize AI workshops and experiments related to developing digital skills together with participants. The insights gained from the project also support our client work and help us better understand the practical challenges of digital transformation.
Instead of ready-made templates, we combine precisely the expertise that each project needs. This allows us to respond flexibly and efficiently to multi-disciplinary development needs.

Meet The Founder
Hi, I am Tanja – the founder of Nexpert. I work where business, people, and practical execution meet. I help organizations adopt digital tools and artificial intelligence in a way that genuinely improves everyday work.
My background combines a YAMK degree with a focus on business technologies and a wide range of practical experience in construction, infrastructure, software development, HoReCa and tourism. In different roles and industries, the same observation was repeated: workflow and profitability improve when daily routines are simplified, waste is eliminated and the right steps are automated. But change is not about systems or instructions, it's about people. That's why development needs to be done together with employees and experts - those who know the work practices and are part of the process themselves.
In 2024–2026, Nexpert was the lead service provider when the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency (Väylävirasto) developed and introduced a common self-delivery operating model for general, road and rail planning. I mapped the process, wrote the quality assurance texts for the management system together with the agency's working group, led expert workshops, coordinated comment rounds, built the templates and supported the rollout.
