Project Heartware is designed for non-profit associations and organizations that work with people at risk of being left behind as society becomes increasingly shaped by new technologies. These risks may be related to age, language barriers, disability, unemployment, rehabilitation, challenging life circumstances, or simply limited opportunities for lifelong learning.

Case Pension Association South Häme District: When curiosity turns into agency
This branch of the Finnish Pensioners’ Association became the first AI workshop group in Nexpert’s Project Heartware. In my view, older adults are a particularly important and timely target group. The active members of these senior citizens’ associations already use computers and mobile devices as part of their daily activities. They coordinate activities, handle communications, and support their members through digital channels.
